Frequently Asked Questions

Do you provide concrete services?

No, we do not offer concrete services due to the volatile nature of the material. Concrete is susceptible to cracking and damage, which will require frequent repair and more expense over time.

Are pavers better than concrete?

Yes. Pavers are created with premium quality materials that make them up to three times stronger than traditional concrete. They are also manufactured with a lifetime warranty. Studies also show that investing in your home with hardscaping will bring an increase in value up to 15% – 25%.

What happens if a paver breaks or my installation needs repair?

Repairing your pavers is as easy as removing the damaged blocks and replacing them with one or more of the extra blocks that were leftover on-site from the original batch used for the installation. This ensures color matching and cohesive repair. Replacing one or a few pavers is more cost-effective and efficient than replacing an entire slab of concrete.

Do I need to maintenance my patio or walkway?

Depending upon the weather exposure of the installation, you may find algae or moss growing on the blocks. If this is the case, they are easily cleaned using a brush and a soft power wash. You may also use an algae cleaning additive in your wash fluid.

Can I drive on my pavers?

If properly installed with the correct amount of base, yes. This would need to be disclosed to the team prior to installation to guarantee that your pavers are going to withstand vehicle traffic.

Can my pavers be sealed?

Yes.

When should my pavers be sealed?

Immediately after project completion when the site is dry. If sealing does not take place at the time of completion, we recommend waiting 6 months, or up to one year later, due to potential site settling. Sealant should be refreshed every 3-5 years.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, we offer a 5-year workmanship warranty on all of our hardscaping installations that are completed using distributor approved materials.
